This comprehensive training is designed for LEA administrators and designees to enhance their ability to support students, staff, and families effectively. Participants will gain a deep understanding of special education laws, compliance requirements, and best practices for facilitating IEP meetings. The training also covers strategies for managing dispute resolution, fostering collaboration, utilizing data-driven decision-making, and ensuring equitable access to services. By participating in this training, administrators will be better prepared to lead their teams, promote inclusive education, and ensure that all students receive the services they need to succeed.

SEIS Administrative Bootcamp - CALPADS INDIVIDUAL PROTECTIONS

The SEIS Administrative Bootcamp is designed to take a deeper dive into the role of the LEA/district admin. This series will be geared to those who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate, reportable student data through the Special Education Information System (SEIS) and data submission through the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS). This series will include a detailed review of the Navigation of SEIS, CALPADS Basics, Compliance Reivew, and Communication/Policy as it pertains to the interworkings of the LEA.
