Listen Better Plan Better Build Better
This urban infill project, located at the corner of 12th & E Streets in downtown Sacramento, involves the development of two 3-story buildings totalling 57,000 square feet. The project will introduce 132 market-rate housing units, offering a variety of options including single bedrooms, lofts, and studios. Residents will benefit from high-end amenities such as a live-work unit, a private courtyard, and a lounge, all designed to enhance the urban living experience. The buildings will be primarily constructed using wood framing, featuring a mixed media exterior of thin brick, stucco, and architectural metal panels. The design also incorporates built-in planter boxes for raised planting areas and shade trees, which will blend seamlessly with the revitalized surrounding landscape. This contemporary design is intended to provide a unique and vibrant urban lifestyle for those who appreciate living in the heart of downtown Sacramento.
