Immune Resilience Broth With Chicken Bone Broth

A mighty mug of armour for your day. Mineral-rich chicken bone broth meets roasted dandelion root, lemon, ginger and shiitake in a warming, immune-boosting sip that's as nourishing as it is delicious.

Ingredients • 1 tbsp Nutra Naturals Chicken Bone Broth Homestyle Original • 1 tsp roasted dandelion root • 2 lemon peel slices • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped • ½ tsp honey • 1 tsp fresh thyme

• Pinch of chilli flakes • ½ tsp shiitake powder • 1–2 slices ginger Method

1. Add lemon peel and roasted dandelion root with boiling water to a jug. Steep for 2–3 minutes. 2. Strain into a mug then add remaining ingredients.
