AVIS EST DONNÉ que le Conseil municipal de la Corporation de la Ville de Hawkesbury tiendra une réunion publique le jeudi 14 mai 2015 à 18h30 à l’hôtel de ville, 600, rue Higginson afin de considérer une proposition d’amendement de mise à jour au Règlement de zonage no 20-2012, sous l’article 34 de la Loi sur l’aménagement du territoire, R.S.O. 1990. En 2012, laVille de Hawkesbury a adopté son nouveau règlement de zonage no 20-2012. Depuis que ce règlement est en vigueur, quelques erreurs ont été identifiées. Conséquemment, la municipalité désire faire un amendement à son règlement de zonage afin de corriger les erreurs identifiées, incluant les Lots 1 et 17 du Plan M-20 et Bloc 21 du Plan 46M-67, rue Belle Rive à Hawkesbury. TAKE NOTICE that the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury will hold a public meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 600 Higginson Street to consider a proposed housekeeping amendment to Zoning By-law No 20-2012 under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990. In 2012, the Town of Hawkesbury has adopted its new Zoning By-Law no 20-2012. Since its adoption, errors have been identified. Consequently, the municipality wishes to amend the Zoning By-law to correct the identified errors, including Lots 1 and 17 of Plan M-20 and Block 21 of Plan 46M-67, Belle Rive Street in Hawkesbury.

IF A PERSON or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury before the proposed zoning by-law is adopted, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury to the Ontario Municipal Board.
