Description
Focusing on core structures for leadership, the session draws from research and best practice guidance to exploreexplores how to analyse attendance data, identify underlying barriers, and implement targeted strategies that respond to the needs of the school community. Participants will: Strengthen their understanding of strategic leadership of attendance Use data effectively to identify patterns, trends and priorities Explore approaches to addressing barriers to attendance Develop targeted, sustainable strategies for improvement Through practical guidance and professional discussion, leaders will be equipped to drive improvements in attendance that are informed, responsive and sustainable
