A100PS-PA6 A100PS-PA6 is a Nylon 6 peel ply with an areal weight of 2.5 oz/yd² (85 gsm), available in natural with red stripes for improved visibility during removal. Suitable for use up to 400°F (204°C), it is compatible with epoxy resin for strong adhesive bonding, while performance with prepreg and polyester resin should be validated through testing. Thanks to its Nylon 6 composition, A100PS- PA6 provides a more cost-effective alternative to Nylon 66 peel plies for standard infusion and oven-cure applications.
Narrow width hot knife slitting is available.

B100
B100 is a premium Nylon 66 peel ply with a fine weave construction and an areal weight of 1.7 oz/yd² (58 gsm), designed to provide a fine surface finish on composite parts. It is suitable for use up to a maximum service temperature of 400°F (204°C) and is fully compatible with epoxy resin for reliable surface preparation and secondary bonding. When used with phenolic resins or phenolic-based prepreg systems, performance should be validated through testing, as acidic components in these resin systems may cause fiber degradation. Application: Infusion, oven and autoclave cure Resin: Polyester, Vinyl Ester and Epoxy
