60001 and 60002
60001 is a 100% polyester peel ply with an areal weight of 2.5 oz/yd² (85 gsm), providing a medium surface finish for vacuum bag lay-up composites and metal-to-metal bonding. It is suitable for use up to 400°F (204°C) and is compatible with epoxy, phenolic, and BMI resins. 60002 offers the same performance, with black identification stripes for improved visibility during removal. 51789 and 51789 SRB 51789 is a 100% Nylon 66 peel ply with a fine weave construction and an areal weight of 1.85 oz/yd² (63 gsm), designed for vacuum bag lay-up composites and metal-to-metal bonding. It provides a fine surface finish for primary and secondary bonding and is suitable for use up to 450°F (232°C). 51789 SRB offers the same base construction, with the addition of an inert, heat-stabilized, cross-linked polymer release coating for enhanced performance and easier release.

B4444 B4444 is a lightweight silicone-coated nylon peel ply with an areal weight of 1.77 oz/yd² (60 gsm), designed for infusion, oven, and autoclave cure cycles. The heat-cured silicone coating provides excellent release properties, ensuring easy removal from cured laminates, while being fully polymerized to minimize the risk of silicone transfer to the molded part.
