Peel Ply & Release Fabrics 200TFP and 200TFNP
200TFP and 200TFNP are PTFE-coated woven fiberglass release fabrics, distinguished by one being porous (200TFP) and the other non-porous (200TFNP). These materials are designed for applications up to 550°F (290°C) and ensure effortless release of cured laminates by preventing adhesion between the composite material and the mold surface, enabling clean removal without damage. The porosity of 200TFP, with an areal weight of 1.8–2.1 oz/yd² (53–75 gsm), facilitates evacuation of excess resin and volatiles during processing, while 200TFNP, with an areal weight of 4.0 oz/yd² (132 gsm), is non-porous and ideally suited for metal-bond and controlled resin bleed applications.
Narrow width hot knife slitting is available.

TOOLCOAT (TC805 / TC807)
Toolcoat is a self-adhesive tool release fabric made of fiberglass coated with non-porous PTFE, designed to facilitate the separation of composite parts from molds or tools and enable easy removal without surface damage. The material is inert to most chemicals and environmental factors and is suitable for infusion, oven, and autoclave cure cycles. Maximum service temperature depends on the adhesive type: acrylic adhesive systems are rated up to 400°F (204°C), while silicone adhesive systems are rated up to 550°F (290°C).
