405. Yard. Any surface area that is not structured or hardened. Yard areas may be landscaped, contain uncovered decks of less than 18 inches above grade, and artificial turf, but do not include areas covered by pervious concrete or other similar materials. 406. Yard or organic waste processing facility. A site where yard and garden wastes, including wood and land clearing debris, are processed into new products such as soil amendments and wood chips.
