(3) Adult use facilities shall be prohibited within 660 feet of any residential zones, any other adult use facility, schools, licensed daycare centers, parks, community centers, public libraries or churches which conduct religious or educational classes for minors. (5) The commercial square footage allocation established pursuant to SDC 21.07.050C., development condition No. 6 shall not apply to these uses if they are publicly owned and operated.
