with other businesses within the sub-zone and the entire Town Center, traffic impacts, and environmental quality. (9) Use permitted only when accessory to a permitted use. Such use shall be limited to 2,000 square feet gross floor area for each establishment. (10) The commercial square footage allocation established pursuant to SDC 21.07.050C., development condition No. 6 shall apply to these uses. (11) All marijuana related uses both medical and recreational, including marijuana collective gardens, marijuana cooperatives, marijuana producers, marijuana processors,

marijuana distributors, and marijuana retailers, are prohibited in all zones in the City of Sammamish.
