Where possible, incorporates screening, environmental mitigation, utilities, and drainage as positive elements (ex: create a “natural” open space or wet pond as a site feature to accommodate surface water runoff); iii. Provides pedestrian paths or walkways connecting all businesses and the entries of multiple buildings; iv. Incorporates low impact development measures and stormwater management systems as part of the site plan, unless infeasible. Participating in a multi-property stormwater facility or system will also satisfy this requirement; and
