La Seigneurie Centre de généalogie et d’histoire, lo- cated in the Hawkesbury Public Library, 550 Higginson St., is opening its doors Saturday, February 23 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for those who are interested in geneal- ogy and history. Volunteers will be on hand to greet visitors and assist them in the use of genealogical documents at the disposal of members of the society. Visitors who wish to do so will have opportunity to join the organization. The event is part of province-wide activities that are held during February, during the week starting February 18. The Ontario Heritage Trust, an agent of the Ontario government, invites Ontarians to celebrate our heritage through the organization of local events. Reporting to the vice-president – Clinical Programs, the position is responsible for the coordination of clinical operations staff, especially as it relates to performance, attendance and overtime management. The coordinator also provides assistance to the vice-president and Directors in the establishment of best practices and management of special projects in clinical operations. Education • Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred or a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as health administration or social services. Experience • A minimum of 2 years experience in middle management preferred, in clinical and/or community care. • Current registration with relevant professional college. Skills • Highly computer literate and skilled in use of MS Office. • A proven ability in mentoring and consulting in support of professional behavior. • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills. • Flexibility and adaptability in processes and interpersonal relationships. • Good communication skills in French and English, both oral and written. HOURS OF WORK: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with occasional, additional time for such a management position. The position is day time and afternoon/evening on a rotation basis.
