7th Annual Southpoint Golf Charity Event
Children of Fallen Patriots had the opportunity to speak with Major General Brian Mennes and General David Petraeus. Our donors and students listened to Major General Mennes speak on his extensive knowledge of US military operations and lessons he learned while serving our country in Afghanistan.
We are thankful to Virtu for participating in our inaugu- ral Fund a Scholar Campaign. Because of their generos- ity and love of our mission, they hosted a virtual event which recognized eight of our students as “General Dawkins’ Scholars.” This cohort of scholars had the op- portunity to interact and ask questions to General Daw- kins. Our scholars appreciate the generous support in helping them achieve their academic dreams and goals!
This past February, Fallen Patriots scholars had the opportunity to attend Helicopters for Heroes’ event where they heard from some of America’s finest men and women. Our students were able to bond with each other as well as learn valuable lessons from our service members. We are blessed for Helicopters for Heroes being a part of the Fallen Patriots family and their con- stant moral and educational support of our scholars!
Children of Fallen Patriots is endlessly grateful to be a beneficiary of Southpoint Capital Advisors 7th Annual Charitable Golf Outing. Thanks to Southpoint’s gener- osity and contributions, $275,000 will be provided to our scholars. We are appreciative of their continuous support!
