Central Washington University Board of Trustees July 30, 2021 ACTION – Trustee Meeting Schedule for 2021-2022
State law [RCW 28B.35.110] requires boards of trustees of baccalaureate institutions to meet twice per year; Central Washington University Policy 1-10-030 states that the Board shall hold a regular meeting at least once each calendar quarter. Over the past 12 months, CWU has met 15 times: four regular meetings and eleven special meetings. The proposed schedule for the coming year includes regular, quarterly meetings, which will be registered with the Office of the Code Revisor of the state of Washington, per RCW 42.30.075.
Following is the proposed schedule for 2021-2022: Regular Board Meeting

We recommend the following motion:
