Those are the 18% that we have a little more work to do, but basically 82% of the population is either seeing us or very open to seeing us.
Sometimes when I go over this topic in live audiences, I can see the depression of some chiropractors thinking, "Geez, so there's 18% that have a problem with me." Well, if you look at public surveys, these numbers are astoundingly high. There's always going to be a segment of the population, whether you're talking about religion, healthcare, education, politics, you pick a topic and there's always some folks that are a little more reserved. So our 18% number, I would argue, I actually quite favorable compared to many other numbers that we see. We have, if you add this up, 82% that are potential or likely, and this certainly exceeds the current use in chiropractic offices, so chiropractic is a good stock. It's one that's going to be going up as we address these barriers that are in the way of some people who want to see us not seeing us. I think that that's a really good point that you raise. Everything it appears in this country, no matter like you say if it's religion, politics, or anything else, everything seems to be a split of opinion right now, and the fact that only 18% have a negative view, well, I think that that's pretty darn good and the one concern at the same time that I have about it is through ChiroSecure we've been putting on a lot of these events about strokes and the accusation that chiropractors can cause rather than just be associated with people that wind up with an arterial dissection leading to stroke. Things of that nature, but it's been all over, so hyped up in the news and on television shows about this type of an issue related to a chiropractor. Unfortunately, we never get the success stories which are all over the place on there, but I guess my hope is that with all of the negative that we've had and all the silence that we've had over all of the years, to have 18% just have a negative view, I think that that's pretty darn good. I think if any of the doctors that are participating with us on this today could just think about their own practice and what that means, because if only 18% of everybody that ever walked in your door has even the possibility of having a negative view as to you and what you do, that leaves your practice wide open to expand and boom based on the fact that so many people are open and you just need to both educate them and deliver the goods. I think that this is amazing information. I agree, and I want to put that in context. Obviously, we want that to be 0%, but the fact is sometimes we ... My guess is if I would've surveyed chiropractors, some of them might have placed that higher. So we want to remove all of it, but very favorable opinion overall. If I could go to the next slide six, I think Stu you touched on an issue that needs to be address by the profession. On that slide, we know from this survey that half of those that have never been to a chiropractor, slight uncertainty about the trust level of chiropractic, and we could unfold that into a lot of issues that are tied into that umbrella term of trust.
