than 700 CEOs of major global corporations alongside 87 Nobel laureates and internationally recognised scientists. The expansive agenda was a testament to the complexity of the modern world, featuring 445 dialogue sessions, 25 global forums, and over 45 ministerial and high-level meetings. These discussions delved into the core pillars of contemporary society, ranging from global governance and effective leadership to community wellbeing and human capacity devel- opment. Special attention was paid to the future of cities and the demo- graphic shifts threatening to redefine the global economy. NEW PLATFORMS FOR GLOBAL DIALOGUE Innovation at the summit was not limited to the topics discussed but ex- tended to the very structures of engagement. كما شهدت القمّة حضور نخبة من قيادات القطاع الخاص وكبار المفكّرين رئيس تنفيذي لشــــــركات عالميّة كبرى، 700 والعلماء، بمشــــــاركة أكثر من حائزًا على جائزة نوبل وعدد من العلماء البارزين دوليًا. 87 إلى جانب وجاءت أجندة القمّة انعكاسًا لتعقيدات المرحلة الراهنة، حيث تضمّنت اجتماعًا وزاريًا ولقاء 45 منتدًى عالميًا وأكثر من 25 جلسة حوارية و 445 رفيع المستوى. وتناولت هذه الفعاليات ركائز المجتمعات المعاصرة، من الحوكمة العالميّة والقيادة الفاعلة إلى رفاه المجتمعات وتنمية القدرات البشريّة، مع تركيز خاص على مستقبل المدن والتحوّلات الديموغرافيّة ّالتي تُنذر بإعادة رسم ملامح الاقتصاد العالمي. منصّات جديدة للحوار العالمي لــــــم تقتصر روح الابتكار في القمّة علــــــى محاور النقاش، بل امتدّت إلى آليات التفاعل وبنية المشــــــاركة ذاتها، في خطوة تعكس توجّهًا متناميًا نحو إدماج المعرفة العلميّة رفيعة المســــــتوى في قلب منظومة رســــــم السياسات. وشــــــهدت الدورة إطلاق عــــــدد من المنتديات للمــــــرّة الأولى، من أبرزها “القمّة العالميّة للعلماء”، التي جمعت نخبة من الحائزين على جائزة نوبل وأبرز العلماء العالميين في قلب النقاشــــــات السياساتيّة، بما يرسّخ مبدأ استناد الحوكمة إلى الأدلة والمعرفة العلميّة الدقيقة. وفي السياق ذاته، ناقش “منتدى الأثر للاســــــتدامة” تصاعد أزمة المياه عالميًا وتداعياتها على الاستقرار والمرونة المجتمعيّة على المدى الطويل. 36 وبصفتهــــــا منصّة عالميّة لتبادل المعرفة، أســــــهمت القمّة في إطلاق تقريرًا استراتيجيًا بالتعاون مع شركاء دوليين متخصّصين في الأبحاث والمعرفــــــة، بمــــــا يعزّز دورها مركزًا فاعلا لإنتاج الرؤى المســــــتقبلية. كما اســــــتضافت “المســــــح العالمي للوزراء” في نسخته الثالثة، وهي مبادرة تهــــــدف إلى رصد أولويّــــــات التنمية ودعم الحكومات فــــــي التعامل مع التحديات الدوليّة الملحّة. واحتفــــــت القمّــــــة كذلك بتخريــــــج الدفعة الثالثة مــــــن “برنامج قيادات قياديًا شــــــابًا ضمن شراكة 29 حكومات المســــــتقبل”، حيث جرى تكريم بيــــــن حكومة دولة الإمارات والمنظمة العربيــــــة للتنمية الإدارية التابعة لجامعة الدول العربيّة، في خطوة تؤكّد الاســــــتثمار المستدام في إعداد كوادر قادرة على التعامل مع تحدّيات المرحلة المقبلة. أربع قوًى تُعيد رسم ملامح الوعي الإنساني في مســــــتهل أعمال القمّة وما شــــــهدته من نقاشــــــات مكثّفة، أشار معالي محمد عبداللـه القرقاوي إلى أن الإنسانيّة تدخل مرحلة جديدة تتشكّل ملامحهــــــا بفعل أربع قوًى تحوّليّة كبــــــرى. فالذكاء الاصطناعي يُضاعف

القدرات الذهنيّة للإنســــــان، والطب المتقدّم يدفع بمتوســــــط العمر البشــــــري إلى آفاق جديدة، وعلوم الدماغ تُعيد تعريف آليّات التعلّم والإدراك، فيما توسّــــــع البيئــــــات الرقميّة مفهوم الحضور الإنساني ذاته. وأوضح معاليه أن تفاعل هذه القوى الأربع يفضي إلى نشوء عقل إنســــــاني ووعي غير مســــــبوقين خلال الأربعين ألف عام الماضية، مؤكّدًا أن الذكاء الاصطناعي لم يعد أداة هامشــــــيّة، بل بــــــات جزءًا من صميم التفكير الإنســــــاني. وقال: “لم يعد الذكاء الاصطناعي عنصرًا رديفًا، بل أصبح شريكًا في التفكير. اليوم يشخّص الطبيب المرض مستعينًا بخوارزميّات ترى ما لا تراه العين البشريّة. وخلال السنوات المقبلة، ستتولّى تلك الخوارزميّات التشــــــخيص نيابة عن الأطبــــــاء. ومن المتوقّع أن تتضاعف القدرة الحوســــــبيّة خلال العقد القادم بما يقارب مليون مرّة.” ويمتــــــد هذا التحوّل ليطال هويّاتنا الجســــــديّة والاجتماعيّة على حد ســــــواء. فلم يعد الإنســــــان مرتبطًا بمــــــكان واحد أو 5.5 وظيفــــــة واحــــــدة أو هويّة واحدة. ومع اتصــــــال أكثر من مليار شــــــخص بالإنترنت، بات كل فرد جزءًا من شبكة عالميّة متداخلــــــة، يتأثّر باتّجاهاتها ويملك في الوقت نفســــــه القدرة علــــــى التأثير فيها. غير أن هذا الترابط غير المســــــبوق يحمل كلفة نفســــــيّة؛ إذ تتقلّص فترات التركيز، ويتصاعد مســــــتوى التشتّت، وتتعرّض الهويّة الشخصية لمزيد من التشرذم. ردم الفجوة بين الأجيال وتسارع التكنولوجيا يتمثّــــــل التحدّي المحوري أمام القيادة المعاصرة في التوفيق بيــــــن هيــــــاكل بيروقراطيّة تعود جذورها إلــــــى عقود مضت، ومجتمع حديث يتحرّك بوتيرة متسارعة تكاد تضاهي سرعة الضوء. ومع اتّســــــاع الفجوة بيــــــن الطرفين، بات هذا التباين يهدّد أســــــس العقد الاجتماعي ذاته. وفي هذا الســــــياق، قال معالي محمد عبداللـه القرقاوي: “السّؤال المطروح اليوم هو: كيف ستتعامل الحكومات مع هذا الإنسان الجديد؟ لقد بلغت

The World Laureates Summit, for instance, brought Nobel Prize winners and lead- ing scientists directly into the heart of policy discussions, ensuring that govern- ance remains grounded in empirical truth. Simultaneously, the Sustainability Im- pact Forum examined the escalating global water crisis and its dire implications for long-term resilience. In its capacity as a global knowledge hub, the WGS contributed to the release of 36 strategic reports in collaboration with international knowledge partners. The event also hosted the third Global Ministers Survey, an initiative aimed at identify- ing development priorities and supporting governments as they navigate pressing international challenges. Furthermore, the summit celebrated the graduation of the third cohort of the Fu- ture Government Leaders Programme. This ceremony honoured 29 young lead- ers in a partnership between the UAE Government and the Arab Administrative Development Organisation of the League of Arab States, ensuring that the next generation of administrators is equipped for the complexities ahead. THE FOUR FORCES RESHAPING CONSCIOUSNESS Setting the stage for the summit’s intensive discussions, Al Gergawi noted that humanity is entering a new era characterised by four transformative forces. Arti- ficial intelligence is multiplying human intelligence; advanced medicine is radi- cally increasing global life expectancy; brain science is redefining the mechanics of learning and perception; and digital environments are expanding the very concept of human presence. These four forces are creating a human mind and consciousness unlike anything witnessed in the last 40,000 years. Al Gergawi emphasised the depth of this inte- gration, noting that AI has moved beyond a peripheral tool. “AI is no longer an assistant; it has become a thinking partner. Today a physician diagnoses with the support of algorithms that see what the human eye cannot. In the coming years, algorithms will diagnose on behalf of physicians. Over the next decade, computing power is expected to increase by nearly one million times,” Al Gergawi told the summit. This evolution extends to our physical and social identities.
