So those companies, they’re owned by real estate investors themselves. That’s how they were founded. And they teach their agents that working with real estate investors is a good thing. One of the things you want to do is you actually can go to Remax.com, or KellerWilliams.com. I think Keller Williams is actually KW.com, if I remember right. You can go to those websites and the actual process you’re doing, you’re not looking for an individual agent. Just hang with me a minute, and I’ll tell you how to get to that point. But you’re actually going to go to their website, and you’re going to click on “Find An Office.” Okay? There are two things you can click on. You can click on “Find An Agent” or “Find An Office.” You’re going to click on “Find An Office.” So, what I always do is this. This is the fastest way to find a good agent, in my opinion, and I do it all the time.
