Pray for us that the Gospel may soon be sounded out throughout all this region, and for me that I may “fulfill the ministry which I have received of the Lord Jesus” and, as much as in me is, to declare the good news of His grace. With Christian greeting to all, I am, in the work of the Gospel, Very sincerely yours,, L ela E asley . Casilla 698, Guayaquil, Ecuador, South America. Among the Mormons. We have nice, attentive audiences and the Word of our God is a great Power. “There is no word void of Power,” and if we exalt our Lord He has promised to “draw all men.” I often feel He is “drawing” men and wo men when I endeavor to give them His message, and what a Message 1 Certainly we are greatly blessed to be able to give out the glad news of the kindness of Go’d. Souls are more hungry for the truth and the way of salvation than the Lord’s chil dren are ready to tell of it. One of our church Bible classes has more than doubled in number in a few weeks and a young man of this class has determined to enter the Institute to fit himself for. definite Christian work. What seems a mistake often ends in ful filling some sure plan of God. A sudden call to a young womanj victim of a terrible accident, was answered. She was reported to be unsaved and dying. The Bible wo man found her trusting fully in Christ’s atoning work, but the nurse in attendance had sad need of Christian ministry and was ready for the message. The Bible woman found only one girl in the Detention Home that Sunday even ing, a cold, willful, flippant girl, with a saucy smile. This was at six o’clock; at seven-thirty a sweet, young girl, with a will completely broken down before the will of God and a heart touched by the simple Gospel story, thanked God in Jesus’ name for taking away her sins and receiv ing her as His child.
