Volunteer Board Director Required The Canadian Mental Health Association-Champlain East is a community- based, non-profit charity serving S.D.G./Prescott-Russell. Our Intensive Case Management service provides community support to people 16 years and older, living with a mental illness and/or concurrent disorder. Other services include Peer Support programming and Mental Health Promotion. The Branch has 55 staff and an operating budget of $3.4 million. The Board meets at 7:00 pm on every fourth Monday of the month, except for July and August. Directors are asked to sit on one committee as well. Committees meet 4 times per year at 5:30 pm prior to the Board Meetings. There are opportunities for board development training and all expenses related to the business of the Board will be reimbursed by the Branch. Les réunions des comités ont lieu 4 fois par année, à 17 h 30, précédant les réunions du Conseil. Les membres peuvent bénéficier de formation et de perfectionnement. Toutes dépenses découlant des activités du Conseil sont remboursées par la filiale.
