Carolina Pulled Pork Biscuits | $5.50 each | $275 per platter of 50 Barbecue pulled pork in miniature Southern biscuits with pepper-vinegar barbecue sauce.
Selections may be ordered individually or as platters of 50 pieces. Final reception selections must be confirmed at least seven days before the event to allow sufficient time for specialty product ordering. Requests received fewer than seven days before the event will be fulfilled with Chef's choice selections based on available in-house products and may require substitutions.
Pimento Cheese Panini Bites | $5 each | $250 per platter of 50 Griddled brioche layered with Southern pimento cheese and served with pepper jelly.
Short Rib and Manchego Empanadas | $6.50 each | $325 per platter of 50 Slow-braised short rib and aged Manchego cheese in crisp empanada pastry with roasted pepper salsa verde.
Bourbon Bacon Skewers | $6.50 each | $325 per platter of 50 Slab-cut bacon with vanilla, bourbon, brown sugar, and smoked pepper glaze.
Prices are per person. A customary taxable service charge and sales tax will be added to prices.
