Wild Mushroom Tartlets | $5 each | $250 per platter of 50 Savory tartlets filled with wild mushrooms and artisan cheese, finished with herb oil.
Selections may be ordered individually or as platters of 50 pieces. Final reception selections must be confirmed at least seven days before the event to allow sufficient time for specialty product ordering. Requests received fewer than seven days before the event will be fulfilled with Chef's choice selections based on available in-house products and may require substitutions.
Malibu Coconut Shrimp | $7 each | $350 per platter of 50 Coconut and Malibu rum-battered shrimp with mango-pepper dipping sauce.
Mini Wagyu Cheeseburgers | $8.50 each | $425 per platter of 50 Wagyu beef, caramelized onions, and American cheese on miniature buns.
Fig and Goat Cheese Tarts | $5.50 each | $275 per platter of 50 Caramelized onions, fig preserves, and goat cheese in a rustic pastry shell.
A customary taxable service charge and sales tax will be added to prices.
