Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese Bites | $5 each | $250 per platter of 50 Crisp miniature mac and cheese bites with smoked Gouda and herb breadcrumbs.
Mini Crab Cakes | $7 each | $350 per platter of 50 Premium lump crab cakes with Creole remoulade.
Selections may be ordered individually or as platters of 50 pieces. Final reception selections must be confirmed at least seven days before the event to allow sufficient time for specialty product ordering. Requests received fewer than seven days before the event will be fulfilled with Chef's choice selections based on available in-house products and may require substitutions.
A customary taxable service charge and sales tax will be added to prices.
