ACTION STATIONS
Action stations require a minimum of 30 guests and are presented for 90 minutes. Specialty selections must be confirmed at least seven days before the event and remain subject to product availability.
Creamy Grits Station | $20 per person Stone-ground creamy grits with sweet and savory toppings. Sweet toppings include rum peaches, brown sugar, maple butter, and candied pecans. Savory toppings include smoked Gouda, bacon, scallions, roasted mushrooms, and bourbon tomato gravy.
Avocado Toast Enhancements | $priced per person Applewood-smoked bacon 5 | Smoked salmon 9 | Chopped hard- boiled eggs 4.
Mediterranean Bar | $28 per person Greek salad, warm pita, traditional hummus, baba ganoush, marinated olives, Mediterranean cheese display, spanakopita, tzatziki, and crispy arancini.
Blackened Shrimp Enhancement | $9 per person Blackened Gulf shrimp for the Creamy Grits Station.
Southern Mac and Cheese Station | $20 per person Creamy smoked Gouda macaroni and cheese with pulled pork, bacon, roasted mushrooms, scallions, crispy onions, Parmesan, and hot sauce.
Chicken Souvlaki Enhancement | $7 per person Grilled Mediterranean-spiced chicken served with the Mediterranean Bar.
Avocado Toast Bar | $22 per person Creamy mashed avocado with artisan toast, sliced radishes, tomatoes, pickled red onions, feta cheese, everything seasoning, balsamic glaze, and kosher salt.
.Chef attendant fee: $200 per station. Minimum guarantee: 30 guests. Service period: 90 minutes.
Prices are per person. A customary taxable service charge and sales tax will be added to prices.
