SMALL GROUP CATERING
Published catering menus require the stated minimum guarantee. Smaller gatherings may be accommodated through a streamlined Chef's Choice menu based on seasonal ingredients, product availability, and the service needs of the event. Dietary alternatives may be provided with advance notice.
Groups of 10 to 19 Guests | $250 flat fee Chef's Choice Small Group Menu with one entree, one starch, one seasonal vegetable, salad, freshly baked bread, and dessert. The fee covers additional culinary labor and event setup and is charged in addition to menu pricing.
Groups of 5 to 9 Guests | $350 flat fee Chef's Choice Small Group Menu with one entree, one starch, one seasonal vegetable, salad, freshly baked bread, and dessert. The fee covers additional culinary labor and event setup and is charged in addition to menu pricing.
Groups of Fewer Than 5 Guests Traditional banquet meal service is not available. Please select from Grab and Go Lunch, reception platters, or available restaurant offerings.
Small Group Service Guidelines Buffet service: Traditional buffet service is not available for groups under 20 guests. Advance notice: Seven days is required for menu planning and product ordering. Requests received fewer than seven days before the event will be based on Chef's choice and products available in-house. Fees: Small-group fees are flat culinary labor and setup charges and do not replace per-person menu pricing, service charge, applicable sales tax, room rental, or attendant fees.
