Pre-COVID, how would you describe your company culture? • Can you describe what the company culture is like now? • How do you ensure the organisational culture is maintained when working in a hybrid way? • Do you have the feeling that the current motivation of your colleagues has decreased compared to pre COVID-19 and why? • How do you maintain and/or develop relationships with co-workers despite working from a distance? • What strategies do you implement to achieve a healthy work-life balance? • Did the company you work for downsized or restructured within the organisation and why? SAFETY & CYBERSECURITY • Could you tell me about the steps the company took to ensure the mental and physical well-being of its employees after the onset of COVID-19? • Post pandemic, do you place a higher importance on safety measures when booking an external meeting room? • With the rise of technology in the current work environment, are there certain measures which you perceive as a must to ensure cybersecurity? • How has your company tackled the issue of privacy online? TECHNOLOGY • When hosting business events in person, how will technology be incorporated into these? • What technological advancements in IACC’S venues are the most necessary to create a productive meeting environment? • Do you think software's such as zoom, and Microsoft teams will replace some of your physical business events in the future? ( If yes , does this mean they will use IACC’s venues less?) COMMUNICATION • When communicating with colleagues, do you believe online or in- person communication is more effective?
