A nother very well-deserved win, Alan Watters Heating & Plumbing Ltd wowed the judging panel with its new build property in Straffan, Co. Kildare. Alan was sub-contracted by Padraig Ashe to conduct a full heating and plumbing package for this project. The judges hailed the work as first class and were impressed at how they worked closely with the building contractor to overcome any challenges they encountered along the way. T his year’s Small Domestic Project of the Year was The team was tasked with giving the property, which dates back around 80 years, a modern heating and ventilation system, while still retaining its original character. The judges liked that the MVHR was used as part of the solution for the heating challenges, and felt the workmanship was neat, tidy, clean and of a high quality – which is what every customer wants! A worthy winning project which will be enjoyed by many for years to come.
