pioneered a range of innovative cloud- based software solutions designed to support businesses and public sector bodies. Examples of work undertaken includes helping organisations to identify potentially vulnerable customers and helping them overcome the challenges they’re facing; reducing fraud; helping local authorities manage routine property inspections, as well as managing council tax registrations effectively. Darren Kelk, MD, says: “Data impacts upon all of our lives in different ways. The challenge facing many organisations is whether the data they hold on file is accurate and up to date. This King’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation recognises Cableflow’s ‘supplementary equipotential earth bonding’ connection point as a proven innovation. The POAG-PES provides a dedicated connection for Medical Electrical (ME) equipment and contributes towards preventing significant touch voltages within the patient environment. The product equalises the earth potentials of various ME equipment to limit risk to the patient where parts of that equipment come into contact with them and where the earth connection could be lost. The usage of POAG-PES connection points is now promoted through harmonised international wiring regulations for healthcare facilities and is offered as a stand-alone product in its own right for use across the global healthcare estate, or as a component to be incorporated into other medical equipment manufacturers products.
