key role in supporting all phases of Erasmus+ KA2 projects. During the design stage, it contributes to proposal development, partnership building, and alignment with programme priorities. During implementation, it supports project coordination, communication among partners, monitoring activities, financial management, reporting, and audit procedures, ensuring compliance with Erasmus+ regulations. The Office currently manages around 30 European and international projects, several of which are directly coordinated by the University, in areas such as digitalization, artificial intelligence, social inclusion, sport, higher education, and adult learning. Among its recent activities, the University hosted international delegations within two projects. The REBOOT project, focused on Generative AI in higher education, included a Transnational Training Hub providing intensive training for students and staff. The project brings together six partner institutions from Cyprus, Italy, France, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Greece to train 120 higher education students in the ethical and effective use of generative AI for the creative sector.

The GAIN project aims to ensure that Cambodian Higher Education Institutions are accessible, inclusive, and equipped to support persons with physical disabilities (PWD). The consortium, composed of five Cambodian and four European institutions in cooperation with the Cambodian Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, leads the initiative. Professor Gianluca Mattarocci, from the Department of Management and Law, is the Tor Vergata representative for both projects.
