Product Labeling and Marketing Transparency Proper oversight of the transparency, accuracy, and comprehensibility of marketing statements, advertising, and labeling of products is critical to PLZ Corp. We want all our stakeholders, including our customers and end users, to be reassured we’ve done proper diligence before we assemble and release any publicly available information including product labels, safety information, and print, digital, or any other forms of media and marketing materials or disclosures for our products and as directed for our customers’ products. PLZ Corp ensures accountability and public disclosure of product information as required by applicable regulatory agencies for consumer labeling, including but not limited, to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC). We’re making an active commitment to educate consumers on proper recycling of aerosol products. We are also partnering with other industry players to increase the availability of aerosol recycling capabilities. We’re always working to ensure proper substantiation and disclosure of any current or future “green/sustainable product” claims as required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

PLZ Corp is committed to maintaining and disclosing reliable information to all parties, and that includes useful information regarding proper recycling methods related to our products. As such, we look forward to:
• Creating and launching an external recycling campaign to educate consumers on how to properly recycle aerosols
