other activities and perform at a high level. Year 13 student Sam Barnett and Year 11 student Luke Moore again competed in the national jet skiing championships held throughout the year. Both boys gained some outstanding results in their respective categories and demonstrated outstanding dedication, considering they also participate fully in the life of the school. Year 10 student Jack Mckenzie had an incredible year on the national surfing ladder. Competing in several competitions, he was placed in the top three surfers for his age in New Zealand. He is a boy with a huge future in this sport, so humble but competitive and driven to succeed. The end of year seemed to race at us. The House Dinner included the House prize-giving and was held in the Dining Room for the first time since I have been Housemaster. The tug of war was held on the very last day of senior school. It fills me with tremendous pride to be leading such a vibrant and talented bunch of young men, and I am excited by the prospect of 2021 in Corfe House led by Sam Dickie.
