PROPER PLANNING PREVENTS POOR PERFORMANCE
I push and work hard until I achieve. I would like to encourage everyone to move away from the perception that the business is meant only for certain individuals. Anyone can be successful when you work hard. Everything starts with you; no one else. Focus on personal development and your personal goals - everything else will follow. Because I was focusing on personal development, I had the courage after Gala 2019 to do many more presentations. I went to different towns to do my presentations and it paid off. Never be afraid to invest your time and money because it will pay off at the end. Push until you make it to the top. Never give up or be discouraged by anything. 2020 was a challenging year and taught us that you must have a strong WHY to be able to achieve the success that you desire. To my team: I am proud to be called your Upline. I am nothing without you. To the INUKA staff: Thank you everyone for being there for all of us. I have made it to Top 5 because you care and support us. To my family: Thank you to my mom for advertising my business and for pushing me to reach more PV’s - even if you do not understand what they are. I thank my husband who has been supporting me since 2019 Gala for this dream to happen. Thank you, Bhungane oMakhulukhulu. My kids, my cheerleaders, I thank you for believing in me. 23
Since the day I got my starter kit on 4 October 2017, I told myself that I will persevere until I make it to the top.
My dream to be a Top Business Leader started in 2018 at the INUKA Annual Gala Event. At that stage I was already a Diamond Leader, although I have only been a Member for a few months. I did not make it to being a Top 25, Top 20 or Top 5 Business Leader. That night inspired me to work harder to become at least a Top 10 Business Leader in 2019. I did achieve this goal in 2019. It is important to aim high so that when you miss the target, you will not end far from your dreams and goals. After Gala 2019, I then planned the next Annual Recognition categories I wanted to achieve in 2020. My goal was to double up on my Annual Recognition Earnings and I came very close to this goal. My advice is to always have a plan and goals. In my team everyone has a goal and a plan on the amount of monthly Volume Rebate that we want to earn. We believe that a goal with no plan is doomed because there is nothing pushing you to do it. The same applies for Annual Recognition results. Start planning your goals when the Annual Recognition Year starts and do not wait until the last moment. Proper planning prevents poor performance. As a business person you must always dream big.
