Fitness

Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

BUILDING ACCESS Members wishing to access the building before 7:00 AM on weekdays and 8:30 AM on weekends, or after 8:00 PM on weekdays and 5:30 PM on

weekends, will need a personal identification number to unlock the door. The application for a PIN can be found on the club’s website under “Club Documents & Forms” or by clicking here .

Group Exercise Descriptions

Pilates** Enjoy an age-defying full body workout. Gain core strength, flexibility, better balance and posture! Mon./Wed./Fri. at 8:30 AM . Seniorcize* To help you stay active and healthy, this class focuses on balance, flexibility, and strengthening. Options will be offered for varying abilities. Mon. at 4:00 PM and Thurs. at 11:00 AM. (45 min.) Toning + Abs* A full-body workout with weights, with emphasis on core conditioning. Tues./Thurs. at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM; Sat. at 8:45 AM and 10:00 AM. Vinyasa Flow** Focus on alignment, seated twists, backbends and arm balances. All fitness levels welcome; modifications will be shown for all asanas. Prepare to be pampered in final relaxation w/scented candles & silk lavender pillows. Bring yoga mat if you have one. Sun. at 10:00 AM. Rates *Standard Class: $12/drop-in, or $7/class effective rate for subscription. **Specialty Class: $20/ drop-in, or $10/class effective rate for subscription. Between the 15th and 25th of each month, sign up for the following month’s classes here.

Click here to sign up. Barre** Sculpt muscles, burn fat, build core strength. This class combines elements of Pilates bal- let & conditioning exercises. Wed./Fri. at 10:30 AM. Early Bird Cardio/Strength** By subscription only! This intense workout builds cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility. Not for the faint of heart! Mon./Wed./Fri. at 6:00 AM . Fitness Fusion* Combination of aerobics, full-body toning, & Pilates, all in 1 class! Tues./Thurs. 8:30 AM. Fitness Yoga** Designed specifically for golfers and tennis players, this class will incorporate slow paced yoga poses emphasizing static positions and extensions of the shoulders and hips to help open up tight joints. Mon. at 7:30 AM; Fri. at 5:30 PM. Gentle Yoga** This easy slow-paced flow of Hatha Yoga focuses on proper alignment, deep breathing, standing balances with minimal Sun Salutations. Includes meditation at end. Please bring your own blanket & yoga mat if you have one. Tues./Thurs. ( NEW! ) at 9:45 AM.
