YOUR SCOTIABANK BRANCH IS MOVING TO A NEW LOCATION.

On Friday, January 17th, 2014 at 12:00 noon, your branch at 4531 Ste. Catherine Street in St. Isidore will be moving to our new Scotiabank branch at 29 Richer Circle in Casselman, Ontario.

Your new branch is better equipped for us to provide the one-on-one financial service you expect from Scotiabank. Rest assured you will continue to be served by many of the familiar faces you have come to know.

All of your Scotiabank accounts will move to your new branch automatically, including your pre-authorized payments and direct deposits. We will make all of the arrangements for you.

Our new Scotiabank branch at 29 Richer Circle in Casselman, Ontario will open to serve you on Monday, January 20th, 2014 with these longer hours:

Monday to Wednesday:

9:30am to 4:00pm 9:30am to 8:00pm 9:30am to 6:00pm 9:30am to 1:00pm

Thursday:

Friday:

Saturday:

In St-Isidore, an ABM will remain in operation in our former branch for deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, funds transfers and account balances.

If you have questions about the branch relocation and its effect on the community, you can contact the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) at 1-866-461-FCAC (3222). The FCAC may require that the bank hold a public meeting with their representatives, the FCAC, and members of the community if the bank has not adequately considered the impact on all interested parties in the area. An individual or community representative may submit a written request to the FCAC for a meeting, provided that the request meets regulatory requirements that it not be “frivolous or vexatious”.
