their recommendations going forward with much greater scrutiny. Follow Sweden. Shutdowns are destructive, not beneficial. The science is masks do not filter out viruses. – Dr. Stephen R. Buck Sexton Response: Dr. Stephen, I agree shutdowns are destructive, and I think at this point it is almost impossible to make a solid data-based case otherwise. Politicians and the media who manipulate fear and emotion continue to push lockdown policies despite the evidence and experience of recent history. As for masks, I think they are far less effective than the general public believes, and mask wearing is impossible for the general public to maintain outside a clinical setting. N95 masks are certainly more effective than cloths (and these kerchiefs I see are just absurd), but even they only offer limited protection, and the false belief that mask wearing of any kind can stop or even meaningfully slow this pandemic overall is harmful to our efforts and politically divisive. Re: Is This the End of the Coronavirus Pandemic? I appreciate the article regarding covid 19 and the Trump Vaccine. I like it. You missed a chance at taking a dig at the anti vaxxers, though. While the sane among us want herd immunity, there is a contingent, who suffer from herd mentality. Trump bad, vaccines bad, Biden good, Iran good, and on and on. Too bad we don’t have Santa’s good-o-meter (naughty-nice) for everything that affects us and we have wait for empirical and behavioral data. Keep the

country is not providing much resistance to tyranny and authoritarianism. I would love to see you post actual information on how many covid deaths there really are. Most of us know the numbers are highly inflated. Even the corrupt CDC says actual deaths from covid is around 6% of the total number reported. That would put the death count around 10,000. What really burns me is all the attention on cases. We are now in a casedemic, not a pandemic. Add in a totally meaningless and inaccurate PCR test and you have a recipe for a plandemic. If the PCR test cannot detect specifically the sars-cov-2 infection what good is it? If the scientist who invented the test says it is not meant to be used to diagnose an infection why are we using it. One word. Fauci. – Rick M. Buck Sexton Response: Hi, Rick – I think that we are absolutely at the place in this tyrannical wave where civil disobedience for many small-business owners is a necessary and justified response. I firmly believe that when all the actual data is compiled and analyzed about this pandemic, it will show that there were a tremendous number of false positives in the testing and substantial overcounting of COVID fatalities, due to misdiagnosis and even possible inflation at hospitals for monetary gain. I can’t accurately even guess right now what the final numbers will be, but I do know that our “public health experts” have failed us catastrophically at key moments of this pandemic. The public should approach
