• Work collaboratively with Head of Facilities & Workplace Services and Director of Student Residences to ensure completed projects are effectively handed over and effective and efficient in operation. 18. Ensure that the programme team has appropriate skills and necessary professional competencies including risk management, contract management and soft landings; identify and provide development opportunities.
