3. Relevant Experience

Substantial change management. Experience of managing environmental sustainability issues and improving performance.

Developing systems and procedures. Track record of working on projects of a technically complex nature, ideally in the research / healthcare / science sectors.

4. Relevant Skills/ Aptitudes

Excellent communication and influencing skills. Strategic management and strong leadership skills. A natural collaborator, working cross functionally and at all levels, internally and externally. Personality and capability to work on very large scale projects with a diverse range of external partners either as the Lead or as part of a team. Excellent technical expertise and understanding of building systems, legislation and service requirements across a diverse portfolio. Business administration including business planning, budget management, accounting, IT and business processes. Strong customer focussed approach. A positive and creative “can do” approach. Possessing a high level of commercial acumen, with the experience and nous to work with partner organisations to deliver projects with the best interests of UCL under consideration.
