$102m component of Annapolis Junction Town Center Armada Hoffler announces $42m multifamily investment

NNAPOLI S , MD — Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc. re- cently announced its invest- ment in the $102 million multifamily component of Annapolis Junction Town Center, a planned 18-acre mixed-use, multi-asset devel- opment that will also feature 17,000 s/f of retail space, a 150-room hotel and 100,000 s/f of office space. Town Center are scheduled to break ground this summer with an estimated comple- tion date in early 2018. The project, which will pursue LEED Silver certification, will feature 416 apartment homes with structured parking ad- jacent to the Savage MARC Commuter Rail Station.
