NGKF senior man- aging director Jamie Drum- mond , vice chairman and COO of New Jersey David Simson and associate director Trevor Patterson represent- ed the owner, 339 Jefferson Partners, LLC—a joint ven- ture between Prism Capital Partners LLC and an affiliate of The Davis Companies —in the transaction. Ascend Laboratories, a sub- sidiary of Alkem Laboratories, will lease 9,000 s/f. Ascend was represented in this transaction by Howard Weinberg , execu- tive vice president and Derek DeMartino , vice president of JLL . Hollister Construction Services, one of the fastest- growing, full-service commer- cial construction firms in the New York metropolitan area, is expanding its current space by 2,951 s/f, for a total of 13,500 s/f. “We relocated to Parsippany to be more centrally located for our business growth and discov- ered that 339 Jefferson Road’s modern design and new ame- nity package aligned perfectly with our company culture,” said James Guiliano, CFO of Ascend Laboratories. “The building ownership offered a smooth negotiation process and worked with us to secure the right space for our team.” The 102,000 s/f, three-story, class A property recently un- derwent renovations, which include a new full-height atri- um lobby that features a mod- ern tenant lounge with ban- quette seating and a fireplace. Construction is also underway on new amenities, including a café and fitness center. The remaining available space in the building includes 37,564 s/f on the second floor; and 38,063 s/f on the third floor. n
AIRFIELD, N J — New- mark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) an- nounced the completion of a 10- year lease at 15 Gardner Rd. in Fairfield on behalf of Aarkish Pharmaceuticals LLC. NGKF associate director Trevor Pat- terson represented the tenant in the transaction, which was valued at $1.1 million. “Aarkish Pharmaceuticals and I evaluated geographical locations based on the compa- ny’s client base and employee travel time, and we established Fairfield as the most ideal area,” said Patterson. “Having a tight timeline, we were very
