1.20.1.1 OSHA Postings You are required to post the Material Safety Data (MSD) sheets of the cleaning supplies you use in your business. These are a part of the start-up kit from Ecolab, our national cleaning supply distributor and are also available to be downloaded from the MOLLY MAID Team web site. They are available in both English and Spanish. If you use a difference chemical vendor, please ensure that you obtain MSD sheets for all chemicals that your employees will use or come in contact with, including any supplied by your customers. A copy of the MSD sheets should also be included in each of the team leader binders. 1.21 Ecolab will contact you to Install Your Cleaning Product Dispensing Unit Your Ecolab cleaning supply start-up kit is included as a part of your Initial Package. Email your NBM when you have your office address. Your NBM will contact the national rep who will contact the local rep. The local rep will contact you to coordinate installation of the dispensing unit and delivery of your start-up kit. 1.22 Order Your Initial Package The Initial Package included as part of your MOLLY MAID franchise includes supplies and equipment necessary for your start-up. It consists of personalized business, employee recruitment, and supplies as well as other business tools and a start-up kit of cleaning supplies and equipment for one team. The items included in your Initial Package are detailed in Exhibit B of your franchise agreement. 1.22.1.1 Personalized Materials Once you have established an office location and a bank account, signed your lease, and had your telephone lines installed, you are prepared to order the personalized recruitment, and business materials. These items typically take 4 weeks to ship, so it is important that you order these items as soon as possible. There are several vendors that will supply the items in your Initial Package. Contact your New Business Manager to help you place these orders before you come to Initial Training. During Right Start you will also develop your marketing calendar. Because marketing media availability varies from location to location, your initial package does not include marketing materials. As you develop your marketing planner with your New Business Manager and our Marketing Team, you will want to place your marketing orders to ensure that your first marketing hits the end of your first week open.
