Medical Records: These records must be treated as confidential and not included in general personnel files. 1.19 Customer Care System Live Module and Workbook Along with the Customer Care Installation, we’ve created the Customer Care System Live Module and Workbook that your New Business Manager will schedule for you during Right Start. During your week of training at the home office, you will have more hands-on training with the Customer Care System. Sessions during Initial Training Week assume you have completed the live module and Workbook. 1.19.1 Computer Accounting Systems As with the Customer Care System, use of a computerized accounting system can save a great deal of time and effort. QuickBooks is included as part of your Initial Package and has been installed on the computer we provided for you. You will attend a QuickBooks webinar to walk to your through the basic QuickBooks functions and during Initial Training we will provide you with hands on training. We will also provide you assistance to install the Molly Maid chart of accounts. Please contact your New Business Manager when you are prepared to set up your Company in QuickBooks. 1.20.1 Federal and State Postings Federal, state, and sometimes, municipal governmental units require posting of information relating to labor practices, safety, employee rights, etc. Some states also require posting of information in other languages. When you receive information from the governmental units, make sure you understand, acquire, and post the required information. Your initial package includes a “5-in-1” poster for current federal requirements, but you will have additional requirements for your state (and municipality). You can obtain these posters from the appropriate governmental units or from commercial sources. Commercial sources are on the Approved Supplier List found in the Appendix.
