PRICING • Prices listed in this book are LIST prices including standard freight. Merchandise is sold FOB ORIGIN, with ownership transferring to the purchaser at the time of shipment, within the 48 contiguous United States. • Prices are subject to change without notice, prior to order confirmation. List prices are subject to trade discount for qualified purchasers. • Every effort is made to ensure that the Price List and all support documentation are up to date at the time of printing. CREDIT • Credit should be established in advance of placing an order with Via Seating to allow time for credit verification. • A credit limit will be determined upon acceptance of satisfactory references. • If an open account has not been established by the time of shipping, first time orders with approved credit must be accompanied by a 50% deposit with balance due 30 days upon shipment. • New customers must contact Via Seating, or a Via Seating representative for a credit application. Freight is included anywhere within the contiguous US, with the following exceptions: • Additional Freight costs will apply to multi-use seating orders when less than box quantities are ordered for multi-pack boxes. • See freight costs for outdoor furniture. • Zone restrictions apply to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada and Mexico. • Charges are non-negotiable for any shipping costs outside of Via Seating typical shipping. RESELLERS & PRODUCT DISPLAY • Prior permissions from Via Seating in writing & signed are required to display or sell Via Seating product through any form of print or digital media including websites, in person and through any method of sale. FREIGHT CLAIMS • All Via Seating products are carefully inspected and securely packed prior to leaving our facility. • It is the consignees or customers responsibility to verify the product is received free of visible damage In noting any/all damage on freight carrier’s delivery receipt (BOL) at time of delivery. Consignee accepts full responsibility for all visible damage if it is not noted on BOL. • All damage claims (visible or concealed) must be photographed and submitted to Via Seating within five (5) days of receiving merchandise. All Via Seating products are manufactured with meticulous attention to detail to be high quality, durable, long-lasting and in accordance with ANSI/BIFMA standards. Via Seating warrants to the initial purchaser, our products will be free from defects in material and craftsmanship for the extent of the applicable warranty period beginning from the date of the original sale. Products covered by this warranty that were determined to be a result of a defect in material or craftsmanship will at Via Seating’s discretion be repaired or replaced with a comparable product free of charge. Via will cover the labor costs of said repair with pre- approval. Repair or replacement of any defective part is the customer’s exclusive remedy for any and all product defects. The user shall be responsible for all maintenance service, which includes but not limited to: lubricating and cleaning of the product, assembly, adjustment, checking all screws every six months to ensure tightness and performing operation checks. This warranty applies to all Via Seating products manufactured after January 1, 2021 and shipped to the Contiguous US, Alaska, and Hawaii. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, other than those specifically described here.

Leaving the stain to dry could cause warping or a deepened stain. Do not use bleach-based cleaners, waxes, oils or furniture polish as this may compromise the integrity of the laminate. • For deep stains, wet a clean, lint-free cloth in a soap-and-water mixture, gently using this to wipe the laminate. Rub the stained area in the direction of the grain or in a circular motion when no grain is present. After stain is removed, wet a clean, lint-free cloth in a vinegar-and- water mixture, gently using this to wipe the laminate.
• We recommend that you always read the manufacturer’s directions printed on all cleaning agents thoroughly before using and follow those guidelines as they are stated. • Before using any new cleaning product test it out in an inconspicuous spot on the chair. • If you notice a stain on your chair, try to remove it immediately. Letting it sit may cause the stain to sink into the material, making it more difficult to remove.
• For best care and maintenance, we recommend first checking the vinyl manufacturer’s website for the best cleaning and care guidelines. • For general cleaning, gently wipe the vinyl with a dry, clean lint-free cloth. • Wet your soft-bristled brush in the warm water and mild soap mixture. Do not use detergents as this can change the look & feel of the vinyl. Moderately scrub the stain with the wet bristle brush. Wipe the loosened stain off with a lint-free cloth.
• For general cleaning, gently wipe the plastic with a dry, clean, lint-free cloth lightly wet in a soap-and-water mixture. • For any stains, wet a dry, lint-free cloth lightly in white distilled vinegar and wipe the area until the stain is gone. • For a deeper stain, use a soft-bristle brush wet in a soap and water mixture to wipe gently at the stain. Avoid scrubbing too hard as this can create scratch marks.
• For general cleaning, gently wipe the wood with a dry, clean lint-free cloth wet lightly in warm waters. Wipe dry with a new, dry, clean, lint-free cloth.

Always keep the floors beneath casters and glides clean as they will pick up dust, dirt and lint from the floor. Dust, dirt and lint will degrade the performance of casters and glides over time.
• For general cleaning, gently wipe the mesh with a dry, clean, lint-free cloth. • Vacuum up the entire back of the chair to remove any dust/dirt/crumbs that may be hidden in the mesh. Take your lint- free cloth, dampen it in any water-based cleaning agent and gently dab the area where the stain is. Do not scrub across the mesh as this may cause the mesh to fray. Continue to dab at the stained area until the stain is soaked up.

These test methods are intended to estimate the performance of upholstered furniture under conditions of exposure to a smoldering cigarette and the flammability resistance of the inner materials. Via Seating wi l l not be responsible for any costs associated (e.g. return freight and/or restocking charges) with rejected COM or COL materials. STEP 3: DETERMINE WIDTH & REPEAT Make adjustments to the yardage based on your texti le’s width & repeat. The width is the distance from one selvage edge to the other. The repeat is the length between the first and additional appearance of the same element within a design. Select your multipl ier based on width and repeat using the “COM WIDTH & REPEAT TABLE”. This amount needs to be added to the total yardage sent.
