L ifeNet Emergency Services lives by its guiding promise: Right Care. Right Place. Right Time. Founded in 1993 as an independent nonprofit, LifeNet serves nearly 350,000 residents across Northeast Texas, Southwest Arkansas, and portions of Oklahoma. Its roots stretch back to 1983 with the launch of Air Life, still the oldest operating helicopter EMS program in Arkansas. LifeNet’s CEO, Alyssa Moore, COO, Adam Oliver, and CFO, Amy Coleman, are recognized as influential leaders in the industry, driving innovation, shaping strategic direction, and setting new standards for excellence. LifeNet provides emergency 9-1-1 response with Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support units, non-emergency medical transport for hospital, nursing home, and hospice patients, and air transport by helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft. With bases
in Texarkana, Hot Springs, and Daingerfield, the air division has flown more than 15,000 patients. LifeNet also strengthens the region through CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed, and stroke awareness education, and offers tuition reimbursement to help employees advance their careers. Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services, LifeNet sets the standard in emergency medical care, guided by service, teamwork, respect, integrity, and compassion.
