Short-Term Improvements Since the eastbound left-turn peak hour traffic volumes are low, the signal phasing can be revised to remove protected + permissive phase. This would help provide additional green time to other movements. Medium-Term Improvements Widen the northbound Retail Drive with an exclusive right-turn lane. Provide the right-turn lane with at least 100 feet of storage and appropriate taper. Widen the southbound Hampton Way Drive approach with an exclusive left-turn lane. Provide the left-turn lane with at least 100 feet of storage and appropriate taper.
