2023 Desember Menyelesaikan hasil Sandbox klaster Innovative Credit Scoring Finalized the results of the Innovative Credit Scoring cluster sandbox ICS ditetapkan sebagai model bisnis pertama yang diatur dan diawasi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) di bidang inovasi teknologi sektor keuangan, aset keuangan digital, dan aset kripto. ICS has been established as the first business model to be regulated and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in the areas of financial sector technology innovation, digital financial assets, and crypto assets.

Peraturan OJK No. 3 Tahun 2024 tentang Penyelenggaraan Inovasi Teknologi Jasa Keuangan OJK Regulation No. 3 of 2024 concerning The Implementation of Financial Services Technology Innovation Setelah diberlakukannya Undang- Undang Omnibus Sektor Keuangan, OJK telah mereformasi dan memperluas rezim Sandbox dengan meluncurkan Peraturan POJK No. 3 Tahun 2024 pada 19 Februari 2024. Following the enactment of the FSOL, OJK has reformed regulatory framework for FSTI entities and expanded the sandbox regime by launching POJK Regulation No. 3 of 2024 on 19 February 2024.

Finalize the results of the Information Aggregation Institution for Products and Financial Services Institutions cluster sandbox OJK telah menetapkan model bisnis kedua yang akan diawasi OJK, yaitu Lembaga Penghimpun Informasi Produk dan Lembaga Jasa Keuangan. Model ini merupakan penggabungan dari empat jenis bisnis sejenis, yaitu Aggregator, Financing Agent, Funding Agent, and Wealthtech. OJK has designated the second business model to be regulated and supervised by OJK, which is the Information Aggregation Institution for Products and Financial Services Institutions. This model is a merger of four similar business types: Aggregator, Financing Agent, Funding Agent, and Wealthtech.

Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence in Fintech Sector OJK merilis Panduan Kode Etik Kecerdasan Buatan yang Bertanggung Jawab dan Terpercaya di Sektor ITSK untuk mengelola risiko dalam penerapan AI, dengan implementasi prinsip- prinsip Akuntabilitas, Transparansi, dan Keamanan. OJK has released a Code of Conduct Responsible and Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence in Fintech Sector to manage risks in AI implementation, with the implementation of the principles of Accountability, Transparency, and Security.
2023 23-24 November Indonesia Fintech Summit & Expo (IFSE) ke-5 dan Bulan Fintech Nasional (BFN) 2023 The 5th Indonesia Fintech Summit & Expo (IFSE) and Bulan Fintech Nasional (BFN) 2023 IFS ke-5 “Accelerating Growth: Promoting Sustainable Integration and Collaboration for A Stronger Digital Economy (Mempercepat Pertumbuhan: Mendorong Integrasi dan Kolaborasi Berkelanjutan untuk Ekonomi Digital yang Lebih Kuat)” Acara ini mencatat 3.010 peserta, dengan 1.810 peserta menghadiri Summit dan 1.200 peserta Expo. The 5th IFS “Accelerating Growth: Promoting Sustainable Integration and Collaboration for A Stronger Digital Economy” The events recorded 3,010 participants, with 1,810 attending the Summit and 1,200 the Expo.
