Osobuko znači šuplja kost, u pitanju je velika teleća kost puna srži sa mekanim, divno spremlje- nim prošaranim mesom. To liči na rindflajš, ali je spremljeno na neki neobičan način i stvarno je preu- kusno. Najbolje je da dođete da ga probate u restoranu STK, koji se nalazi u hotelu Me Melia na Pja- ca dela republika. Ako više volite ribu, onda je moj prvi izbor resto- ran Langosteria, koji služi najbo- lje riblje specijalitete na svetu. Kad pomislim na to, odmah mi krene voda na usta. Ako možete, ne pro- pustite! Naravno, na večere Ana i ja izlazimo tek ponekad. To vreme je tradicionalno rezervisano za po- rodičnu klopu kod kuće jer jedino tada, posle svih obaveza koje ima- mo, svi možemo da se okupimo oko stola. Tri sina su po ceo dan na treninzima, u školama, pa nam je večera kao neki ritual koji se trudimo da ne propustimo. Najlep- ši trenuci burnog dana su upravo ti večernji, kada smo svi zajedno.

And when you are already in Italy, of course, don’t miss out on trying the best ice cream in the world and drinking espresso. Whi- chever gelateria you sit in and whichever café you order coffee at, you will not go wrong. As a fami- ly we most love the pleasure called “crema montata”. It’s actually whi- pped dairy cream, like vanilla ice cream only in a creamy form. Us Stankovićs love it! Alongside that, we choose hazelnut and chocola- te, but whatever you choose the ice cream here is always perfect! I have been here for a long time and I am fully convinced that
