HOSE ASSEMBLIES PTFE is renowned as the most chemically resistant material known. Only a very few aggressive materials can affect it. PTFE lined hoses can therefore be used for a wider variety of chemicals than any other hose type, making it the ideal choice for very corrosive chemical applications and multi-product applications.
SMOOTH BORE PTFE HOSE Virgin Smooth bore PTFE Hose is available with a single or double stainless steel braid 304 or 316 grade. Anti-static smooth bore is also available for applications where there is a risk of static build up from the product. Bore sizes range from 1/8 to 1”nb. And a full range of end connections are available. CONVOLUTED PTFE HOSE Virgin Convoluted PTFE lined hose gives excellent flexibility and is available with stainless steel or a polymer outer braid. As with the smooth bore this hose is available in an anti static option.
Bore sizes range from 1/4 to 4”nb and a full range of end connections are available. TAPE WRAPPED PTFE HOSE This product is an option to convoluted PTFE hose where a higher pressure may be required. Bore sizes from 1/4 to 2” NB, with a full range of end connections available. PTFE LINED TAFTED HOSE ASSEMBLIES PTFE Lined tafted hose assemblies are manufactured by ADT and are excellent for use in the pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical and food industries as they are engineered to a high standard
and are superior option to rubber hose assemblies for certain applications. Bore sizes are available up to 6” bore. A large selection of end terminations are available.
