FOOD GRADE HOSE ASSEMBLIES All our food grade hose assemblies can be manufactured with a full range of hygienic end connections including Triclover, RJT, DIN, SMS, IDF, ILS etc. Due to our welding / fabrication facility we are also available to offer non standard hose ends such as fabricated 45/90 degree bends, dip tubes, tee’s, crosses etc.
RUBBER FOOD HOSE All our rubber food hose is FDA approved as a minimum and is available with various linings dependent on application. These include NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, and CBR food quality rubbers. These types of rubber food hose assemblies are typically used to transfer foodstuffs such as alcohol, animal and vegetable oils, milk products, fruit juices and potable water. SILICONE HYGIENIC HOSE Supplied as standard or Platinum cured Silicone, widely used in food
and beverage market as well as the pharmacuetical sector. The silicone hose assemblies offer a very high standard of cleanliness, flexability and increased temperature range over the rubber food hose assemblies. As with the Food hose assemblies the same range of hygienically swaged ends can be offered (see above). Available in sizes from 1/4”nb to 4”nb. PVC FOOD HOSE High quality PVC food hose is available and suitable for many applications involving the transfer of many different
foodstuffs. Available with a Steel or plastic spiral reinforcement and or textile braided reinforcement
depending on application. Size range 1/4”nb to 8”nb
POLYURETHANE FOOD GRADE DUCTING
Suitable for the transfer of foodstuffs such as sugar, grain, flour, animal feeds and dry foodstuffs. Excellent flexability and resistance to abrasive food stuffs. Available with an anti-static option and sizes up to 16”nb.
