REGARDING RECEIPTS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS
In order to avoid much needless expense, it has been decided to discontinue the sending of re ceipts for regular subscriptions. (This is the pol icy of most first class m agazines). However, where a gift subscription is sent, receipt will be sent to the donor so that they may know that the m atter has been properly taken care of.
