Goods must not be carried in the cab of the vehicle.

Security Staff have the right to search your vehicle at any time.

Do not deviate from your route or make any unauthorised stops or visits.

The security of the vehicle and the customers goods are in your hands.

If you become aware that your vehicle, load, or part load is missing you must report it immediately to the nearest Police station giving full details of the incident.

Contact your base location and Transport manager to advise them of the incident giving details of the name and number of any police officers in attendance or to whom the matter has been reported over the telephone and the address and telephone number of the Police station where the incident was reported.

Ensure the Transport manager reports the details of the incident to the appropriate Security Manager.

Where seals are fitted to vehicles the driver must check all seals are intact and correct prior to accepting the load.

Where a vehicle has to be left unattended, it must be immobilised by removing the ignition keys, securely locking all windows and cab. If possible it should be parked with the rear doors of the vehicle or trailer up to a solid wall or other immovable object.
